The interview: In this podcast episode, Felicia will answer these important questions.

  • In this political and cultural climate, why should racialized people be privileging rest right now?
  • When I say the term, ‘rest is resistance’ what does that mean to you as a therapist?
  • In what ways can racialized people find rest, are there tools or resources that are helpful?
  • If there’s one take-away you have for the listeners, what would that take-away be?
