Relaxation and Affirmation Meditation

Pause. Breathe. Hope. Heal.

Affirmations:

  • I am enough.
  • I choose to heal and grow.
  • I am thankful I get to live and breathe.
  • I choose to pause in the midst of the busyness.
  • I choose to be present to this moment. 
  • I visualize myself being filled to overflowing with gratitude and thankfulness.
  • I am at peace with myself, my surroundings and my world.
  • I refuse to compare myself, instead I can navigate life at my own pace.
  • I value and care for myself.
  • I show compassion to myself and others.
  • I will focus on what I can change and control.
  • I see the good in myself and the goodness in others.
  • I will cultivate helpful and positive thoughts in my mind.
  • I am open to all the good things life is bringing to me.
  • Every day is a new day, and I will reset and try to achieve my goals.
  • I will cultivate hope. 
  • I will hold onto faith in challenging times.
  • I will remember that the greatest of these is love.
  • I receive and give the gift of love. 
  • I choose to be the good I want to see in the world.
  • In this moment, I can pause, breathe, hope, and heal.
